With under two weeks until the gates to Atlanta’s biggest rave open, fans are getting ready to glitter up and vibe to the biggest names in electronic dance music.

As a returning fan to the festival, I am excited to see the festival grow from last year and continue to surpass any expectations that are made. An array of talent covering many different genres will allow fans to experience  the different types of music that they love, all at one festival.

Day one will bring good vibes under the night sky as Big Gigantic, San Holo, and Rüfüs du Sol close out the show. My personal favorites for the day include Boogie T, Whipped Cream, GG Magree, and Dirt Monkey. From funky riddim and wonky synths, to high tempo anthems, these artists have everything the crowd looks for in a set.

In terms of live music incorporated into a set, headliners Rüfüs du Sol, Big Gigantic, and San Holo showcase synths, live drums, brass, and electric guitar to give their performance something unique, while giving the experience that fans crave.

Day two brings another stacked top-row, featuring music from the likes of Galantis, Fisher, Gryffin, and a closing headliner set by Martin Garrix. Covering mainly house and big room genres, Saturday will bring a completely new vibe to the main stage.

If you are still into the live performance of EDM, Gryffin is bringing his performance to the main stage. Artists I will be taking watch of are headliners, Martin Garrix, Galantis, and Gryffin, along with supporting acts, Squnto, Cray, Ducky, and Pls&Ty.

Although dubstep will not be prominent on Saturday, fans that want to get down to riddim should make their way to Criminal Records stage to catch Squnto.

I'm excited to be covering this event for the second time and I will be working hard to recap an amazing festival! Two-day general admission tickets and four-pack general admission tickets are still available for purchase here.

This event is only open to fans ages 18 years or older. For more information and to stay up to date with everything Shaky Beats, stay connected with them on social media at http://www.facebook.com/shakybeats, http://www.twitter.com/shakybeats, and http://instagram.com/shakybeats.
