I mean, honestly, do you really think something like this could have happened without some idiot trying to exploit the heck out of it and make some quick ca$h? Do you really think someone as stubborn as myself could NOT be a Taurus?! Exactly.
Here's what happened:
-Someone got excited and wrote a story about a 13th sign.
-Everyone went freaking crazy.
-Everyone who went freaking crazy tweeted ignorant shit.
Here's why Ophiuchus (the 13th zodiac) isn't real/doesn't matter:
-We live in the western hemisphere (in case you were confused).
-There are and always have been two Zodiacs!!!!!
-Ours, the western, or tropical, is determined by seasons (solstices and equinoxes).
-The eastern, or sidereal, zodiac, is fixed to the constellations.
So, if you've always followed the tropical zodiac and still do, then you're still what you have always been. If you decide to take up the sidereal zodiac, then yes, your sign may change, but that's your fault, so stop complaining.
