Here’s to all my single ladies out there. “I got gloss on my lips, a man on my hips. Got me tighter in my Dereon jeans.” There you go. Beyoncé said it. Or should I say sang it?

In Beyoncé’s “Single Ladies,” girlfriend spoke out to all women of the world that it’s all good to be single and loving it. And, ultimately, if he liked it, then he should have put a ring on it.

Yet, this song should not pertain only to all of those single ladies out there, but also to those ladies dating. Every girl should be loved for who she is. So when you’re getting ready for the first or even 10th date, wear what you want.

As for you first-daters out there, when it comes to picking out attire for the first date, of course pick something classy, but don’t be afraid to pull out those suede black pumps.

Now you can’t just go out on a limb and wear a tight cheetah-print dress with laced-up leather heels. But don’t get too motherly-like and wear a turtleneck. That’s way over the top. There are some rules here. All in all, you want to look classy and not just like a piece of ass. Just wear something you’re comfortable in that looks sophisticated. Remember, the idea is to be conservative so it leaves him hanging on your curvature. Men always love to question and be challenged.

I don’t believe in the whole “don’t look too dressed up idea.” If the guy judges you on how you look rather than who are you, then dang right you better get your ass out of there. He’s not worth your time if he is going to judge your classy appearances. Plus, if he’s that into fashion and looks, he’s probably a sissy. Watch out, they cry too much.

So ladies, have fun in the dating scene and remember to dress yourself how you want and to be yourself. If he is really into you, he will like you for who you are as a person.
