I Don't Pity Fools

So, I just have to say it: There is a difference between ignorance and stupidity. Let me put it more simply: The younger you are, the more ignorant you are. You have to learn. You must learn.
The older you are, the more stupid you are. You should have learned. You should know better.

Don’t be a fool caught up in peer pressure. Don’t follow the dumb crowd.

WARNING: There are A LOT of them around!

A 3-year-old, a 5-year-old, an 8-year-old, a 12-year-old, a 16-year-old and an 18-year-old: No one should be dumb for their age. In other words, at some point you should know better, understand more, and have the appropriate wisdom.

When someone tells you to act your age, they are not saying the following:

• “Act like the FOOLS your age.”
• “Make bad choices.”
• “Make the excuses ALL your peers do.”

Rather, they are saying that you should know better and if you consider yourself an adult or a young adult you should really know better… you just choose not to do better.

You are young… but there is REALLY no excuse.

Stupid people know what to do. They know the right thing to do and they just refuse to do it.
Ignorant people lack the knowledge and understanding to make the right choice.
Fools refuse to understand or retain the appropriate knowledge and live as if being that way is acceptable. A fool is a habitually stupid person.

WARNING: The fool deceives the ignorant!
We all are born ignorant and we will always be ignorant for as long as we live but we never have to be a fool.

We all behave stupidly from time to time, but we can reform (after accepting the consequences of our stupidity) and make the right choice next time (if there is a next time).

You do what you want. I don’t pity fools.
We do what we want. So don’t pity the fool.
