My favorite season of the year has arrived and that means it’s time for a change of pace. Saturdays in South Carolina are filled with tailgates, football games and an all-around great time to be a Gamecock. To enjoy gamedays to the fullest, your attire has to be on point. Here are a few looks to try out this fall, or for future gamedays:

Look one

  • Overall Dress
  • Highneck Black Sweater
  • Booties
  • Fun Glasses

Let’s get real – autumn in South Carolina is like summer everywhere else in America. This is great when a mid-November gameday has a high of 70 degrees so you can pull out some of your lighter dresses. Gamedays are also a great time to experiment with new trends. Recently, trends from the 70s and 90s  are making a reappearance in the fashion world.

Look two

  • Gingham Cami Dress
  • Gingham Sandals
  • White Retro Sunglasses

Animal print is also in its revival period with different subtle patterns and textures hitting the fashion world hard this season. And you can never go wrong with neutrals or black for gameday. It’s a great thing that one of our main school colors is garnet because it looks amazing with neutrals.

If you have no idea what to wear for gamedays, you can never go wrong with a classic black dress. They will never go out of style at Carolina. An easy way to be more school spirited for gamedays is to get a cute button to complement your outfit.
