The lineup for this year’s iHeartRadio Music Festival might be enough to make you pack your bags and take a trip to Las Vegas, Nevada. With artists from Weezer to One Direction to Nicki Minaj, it’s definitely going to be a place to be.

On September 19, the MGM Grand Hotel will be, understandably, filled with fans excited about this year’s festival. Below is a list of the top three artists who have me excited about the 2014 iHeartRadio Music Festival.

They call him “U-S-H-E-R, R-A-Y-M-O-N-D,” Mr. Usher himself. I don’t know about you, but to me, this man seems to get better with age. His new hit single, “Good Kisser,” has been blasting from radio speakers all summer, and it’s no wonder why iHeartRadio thought he would be a good pick. Watching him perform a melody of his past hits on this year’s BET Awards made me realize that I’m madly in love with his music and his ability to perform so effortlessly. I could give you a rundown of a million reasons why, but I think it goes without saying why Usher is the number one reason to be at the iHeartRadio Music Festival.

Iggy Azalea has been putting out music for a while now, but she really got the big break she was looking for with her single, “Fancy,” this year. I listened to Iggy before she became ‘so fancy,’ and it really excites me to see her getting to perform at an event so big. The fans who will be attending this music festival should be extra pumped to see Iggy on stage because you don’t usually get to see how talented she is by just listening to her on the radio. She is definitely a force to be reckoned with in the hip hop and pop music scenes and an asset to the list of artists performing this year.

No matter how much I love to hate her, somehow I always find myself jamming to one of Taylor Swift’s songs. I’m still not convinced that she is a country artist anymore, but she continue to make great songs. I watched her on the MTV Video Music Awards, and once again she managed to come with something unexpected to add to her performance. This time, she made fun of the incident where one of Nicki Minaj’s dancers was bit by a snake during the rehearsal of Nicki’s new song, “Anaconda.” Who knew Taylor had jokes too?! Even though she likes to make songs about the people she’s dated in the past, a lot of them are relatable, and she does know how to put on a good show. So I’m not embarrassed to say, she’s a reason I would want to make it to this year’s festival.
